I think it's just a kinda appetizer for us. But truly, it's trailer of their new single! The title >> Art Is The Weapon.
The story of the video is, there is kinda superhero (or maybe a criminals?) calls KILLJOYS. By the way, this vid tells us that they're have a new version of album and also their music. It brighter than before, brighter than Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge and The Black Parade. They use lots of colour. It's Look Alive Sunshine! I'm sure it's gonna be a wonderful album.
